DCI provides antenna and cabling work, tower erection, civil construction, structural steel fabrication, tower inspection and analysis, sweep testing, engineering, and more. We have a proven track record in successfully developing every kind of site. From raw land and rooftops, to water tanks, silos, and billboards, we can meet your needs.

DCI's corporate headquarters, custom fabrication shop, and training facility are centrally located in Upstate New York in the historic city of Owego. We pride ourselves on a "one-stop shopping" approach that gives you quick and easy access to whatever service you need. Our qualified professionals in operations, estimating, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and field management have one mission: to give every customer the best service possible.

Safety is our first priority. Our Tower Hands are certified by ComTrain, the nation's leading provider of climber training. DCI also conducts its own communications climbing program, and has crew members certified in CPR and Hazard Communications. We are a proud member of the National Association of Tower Erectors, an organization dedicated to providing uniform safety standards, improved communications, and a unified voice to help shape the future of the tower industry.
